- This 1-hour Zoom consultation includes an assessment of key health metrics—such as height, weight, age, and activity level—which are essential for accurately calculating your calorie needs. With this information, I can help you set a realistic target to lose or gain a specific amount of body mass per week.
- I’ll calculate your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) and Total Daily Energy Expenditure (TDEE) to determine your maintenance calorie level. Based on your goals, I’ll develop a tailored plan to create the appropriate calorie deficit or surplus.
- Your personalised plan will include specific calorie and macronutrient targets (proteins, fats, and carbohydrates) to support your goals. During our consultation, we’ll also discuss factors that may affect your progress, such as hydration, alcohol intake, and any other potential barriers.
- You’ll receive follow-up recommendations on supplements, hydration, and additional tips to support your success.

With this information, I can help you set a realistic target to lose or gain a specific amount of body mass per week.
- In order to create an appetising meal plan I have to understand your dietary requirements, intolerances, allergies, foods you don’t like to eat, and foods you prefer. With this information I will create a FULL nutrition plan including breakfast, snack post breakfast, lunch, snack post lunch, dinner, and snack post dinner.
- I take all of the guess work out, and will provide the exact measurements for each ingredient for accurately calories ingested. I provide a comprehensive method on how to cook each meal along with a shopping list so you know what to purchase.
- You’ll receive follow-up recommendations on supplements, hydration, and additional tips to support your success.
- 3 check ins available to discuss the nutrition plan, to evaluate progress, and to establish if certain tweaks need to be made.
