✅This 1-hour Zoom consultation includes an assessment of key health metrics—such as height, weight, age, and activity level—which are essential for accurately calculating your calorie needs. With this information, I can help you set a realistic target to lose or gain a specific amount of body mass per week.

✅I’ll calculate your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) and Total Daily Energy Expenditure (TDEE) to determine your maintenance calorie level. Based on your goals, I’ll develop a tailored plan to create the appropriate calorie deficit or surplus.

✅Your personalised plan will include specific calorie and macronutrient targets (proteins, fats, and carbohydrates) to support your goals. During our consultation, we’ll also discuss factors that may affect your progress, such as hydration, alcohol intake, and any other potential barriers.

✅You’ll receive follow-up recommendations on supplements, hydration, and additional tips to support your success.
